2012 Salary Benchmark Figures for the Motor Sector

CareerJunction, South Africa's leading Online Recruitment solution has released industry related salary figures for 2012 based on the Motor sector.

The 2012 salary study was done on the top 10 industry sectors and performed by South African labour market indicator, the CareerJunction Index (CJI). Data was collected from the CareerJunction website, currently serving over 800 subscribing advertisers who advertise over 25,000 job advertisements monthly.

Salary figures are based on the latest salary offerings of 2011.

Regional Salary Differences

The salary scale below demonstrates the regional percentage difference in salary offerings within the Motor sector. Percentages can be used to calculate location specific salaries across various occupations (as outlined above).

Results indicate that Gauteng pays the best, followed by (in this order) KwaZulu-Natal; the Western Cape and the Eastern Cape.
